Awards and Accomplishments
- Identified, quarantined, and removed malicious DNS hijacking software, preventing internet access from 3 computers on a corporate network, including an executive laptop.
- Anticipated unstated managerial requirements regarding SMTP credentials on network copiers during a major migration from Exchange 2010 to MS365.
- As a 2 man team with my manager, we successfully migrated an on-prem Exchange 2010 instance to MS365, completing the project ahead of schedule in late December of 2023. Along the way issues were resolved like scheduling assistant not working and PowerBI & PowerQuery Issues.
- Successfully deployed in various network settings with various firewalls, High Availability failover for both firewalls and internet service providers
